Itinerary
Day 1: Day 1: Coast – Tsavo East National Park
- Early pick-up from your beach hotel between 5:00–6:00 a.m. - Drive along the Mombasa–Nairobi Highway to Tsavo East National Park (approx. 4 hrs). - Enter via Bachuma Gate and enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge. - Lunch and relaxation at your lodge. - Afternoon game drive exploring the savannah plains and Aruba Dam. - Overnight: Voi Safari Lodge / Ashnil Aruba Lodge.
Day 2: Day 2: Tsavo East – Amboseli National Park
- Early morning game drive followed by breakfast. - Depart for Amboseli National Park via the scenic route (approx. 5 hrs). - Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. - Afternoon game drive at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro — famous for large elephant herds. - Overnight: AA Lodge Amboseli / Sentrim Amboseli Camp.
Day 3: Day 3: Amboseli – Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary
- Early breakfast and morning game drive as you exit Amboseli. - Drive to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary (approx. 4 hrs). - Arrive for lunch at Salt Lick Safari Lodge — set on stilts overlooking a busy waterhole. - Afternoon game drive in the sanctuary, home to elephants, buffalo, and antelope. - Optional night game drive (extra cost). - Overnight: Salt Lick Safari Lodge.
Day 4: Day 4: Taita Hills – Coast
- Early morning game drive before breakfast. - Enjoy a relaxed mid-morning departure from the lodge. - Drive back to Mombasa / Diani / Watamu with lunch en route (approx. 5 hrs). - End of Safari.
